Ingredients

  • 2 C half and half
  • 1 C cream
  • 156g sugar
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 57g peach preserves
  • 1 T vanilla

Instructions

  1. In sauce pan mix cream and half and half, salt, and peach preserves
  2. Slowly bring sauce pan mixture to 185 F
  3. Pour mixture into container
  4. Cool mixture then mix in 1 T vanilla
  5. Store mixture in refrigerator overnight
