Ingredients #
- 28 oz tomato
- 5 T butter
- 1 onion cut in half
- 1 t italian seasoning
- salt to tase
Instructions #
- Use stick blender to blend tomatoes in can
- Add blended tomatoes, butter and italian seasoning in pan
- Heat over low for 1 to 2 hours
- Cool in container and store in refrigerator or freeze
