425 F – 20 minutes 375 F – 30 minutes #
Ingredients #
- 60 g bread flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 C milk
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/2 t vanilla
Instructions #
- Fork blend all ingredients into a batter
- Oil pop over pan and preheat in 425 F oven
- Pour batter into pop over pan
- Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes
- Reduce to 375 F & bake 30 more minutes
