350 F – 10 minutes to blind bake #
Ingredients #
- 250 g AP flour
- 1 T sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 C butter (cut up & frozen)
- 6 T ice water
Instructions #
- Add 1/2 of flour, sugar & salt to food processor
- Add cut up frozen butter to food processor
- Blend ingredients to corn meal consistency
- Add ice water gradually while processing
- Mix until dough forms
- Wrap dough in plastic wrap and rest in refrigerator
