Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 C italian bread crumbs
  • 1/3 C milk
  • 1/4 C diced onion
  • 1/4 C chopped parsley or 1 T dried parsley
  • 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t italian seasoning
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t black pepper

Instructions

  1. Gently mix all ingredients in bowl
  2. Use scoop to form meatballs
  3. When cooking meatballs make sure internal temperature reaches 160 F
