Ingredients #
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 C italian bread crumbs
- 1/3 C milk
- 1/4 C diced onion
- 1/4 C chopped parsley or 1 T dried parsley
- 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 t italian seasoning
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
Instructions #
- Gently mix all ingredients in bowl
- Use scoop to form meatballs
- When cooking meatballs make sure internal temperature reaches 160 F
