- 1/2 t / 1 t Salt
- 1 1/2 t / 3/4 t Baking Powder
- 40g / 20g Lard
- 190g / 95g Warm Water
Instructions #
- Bring dough together
- Knead dough into smooth ball & wrap
- Weigh into 6 or 3 equal size balls and cover
- Roll out into tortillas
- Cook on hot plate or griddle
