Ingredients

  • 346g / 173g AP Flour
  • 1/2 t / 1 t Salt
  • 1 1/2 t / 3/4 t Baking Powder
  • 40g / 20g Lard
  • 190g / 95g Warm Water

Instructions

  1. Bring dough together
  2. Knead dough into smooth ball & wrap
  3. Weigh into 6 or 3 equal size balls and cover
  4. Roll out into tortillas
  5. Cook on hot plate or griddle
