1 t Salt

1/3 C sugar

1/2 C butter

1 egg

1/2 C water

1/2 C whole milk

2 t yeast

1/4 C butter (2 T spread per rolled out circle)

2 T butter melted to spread on rolls after baking
Instructions #
- After bulk rise of dough, divide in half
- Roll out 2 circles
- Spread 2 T softened butter on each circle
- Cut circles into wedges and shape into rolls
- Allow rolls to rise
- Bake for 10 - 12 minutes
- Brush rolls with butter
