Ingredients

  • 460g AP Flour

  • 1 t Salt

  • 1/3 C sugar

  • 1/2 C butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 C water

  • 1/2 C whole milk

  • 2 t yeast

  • 1/4 C butter (2 T spread per rolled out circle)

  • 2 T butter melted to spread on rolls after baking

Instructions

  1. After bulk rise of dough, divide in half
  2. Roll out 2 circles
  3. Spread 2 T softened butter on each circle
  4. Cut circles into wedges and shape into rolls
  5. Allow rolls to rise
  6. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes
  7. Brush rolls with butter
