2 T paprika

2 T chili powder

2 t onion powder

1 t garlic powder

1 t cumin powder

1 t salt

1 T vegetable oil for tossing dried meat
Instructions #
- Blend all ingredients except vegetable oil
- Toss dried meat in vegetable oil
- Add dry rub and toss to coat meat
- Cook meat over coals to 175 F
