Ingredients

  • 1/2 C brown sugar

  • 2 T paprika

  • 2 T chili powder

  • 2 t onion powder

  • 1 t garlic powder

  • 1 t cumin powder

  • 1 t salt

  • 1 T vegetable oil for tossing dried meat

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except vegetable oil
  2. Toss dried meat in vegetable oil
  3. Add dry rub and toss to coat meat
  4. Cook meat over coals to 175 F
